Each disc includes 25-30 minutes of authentic video sequences showing a series of everyday situations and how people deal with them.  From a language point of view, there is a progressive degree of difficulty that is designed to improve listening, writing and speaking skills.

Stimulating interactive learning tasks supplement the video content.  The programs will allow you to choose your own level of difficulty and includes tests to measure progress.
